The One-way valves have been installed and paid for in 2022. The new submersible Stormwater Pumps were replaced under Flood Insurance which we had had in 2022. The remaining flood panels and generator works have been fully funded by levies raised over the last four years, the funds are sitting in an account with Archers.

No we don't. Insurance companies being what they are refused to include Flood Insurance in our renewed policy. Many companies were requested to quote but all refused because of our location.

Panels at the top of the Entry stairs outside the double glass doors. Panels in front of the goods lift which is located behind the double doors in the foyer. Panels at the top of the Fire Stairs from the Ground Foyer to the lower basement. Submarine Door from the lower carpark into the Basement Foyer lifts.

The panels are designed to be 500mm higher than the 2011 flood levels. We had a surveyor plot the 2011 heights at various data points around the building and all drop in panel types will be 900mm high comprising 3 x 300mm panels. The submarine door in the lower basement carpark is full height, that is slab floor to slab ceiling.

The generator will be located in the storage room on the upper level of the carpark.

The generator will power, Foyers and common area lighting Fire services Lifts Apartments but not air-conditioning
